The Vision Behind The Implant Engine.
Chelsea Morrisey, Founder & CEO
Chelsea founded The Implant Engine after spending over a decade inside the dental implant industry — trusted by Henry Schein, Dentsply Sirona, Planmeca, and 3Shape. She was recognized as a Top 1% U.S. advertiser before turning her focus entirely to full-arch growth.
She kept seeing the same thing: templated ads, the same messaging everywhere, very little customization, and almost no ownership over what happened after the lead came in. Practices were paying a lot of money, getting a lot of leads, and still didn’t know what was working or why. So she built the exact opposite — a system where marketing, Treatment Setters, sales training, and tracking all work together under one roof, accountable for outcomes, not just traffic.
Chelsea is the creator of the Full Arch Growth Formula and has built a team of 85+ people generating $250M+ in full-arch revenue for 170+ practices nationwide. The Implant Engine is the trusted referral partner for Nobel Biocare, Henry Schein and Neocis.

The Full-Arch Growth Engine
Marketing, lead qualification, sales training, and tracking — all under one roof. Every person on this team is aligned around one outcome: more full-arch cases accepted.
Built for Full-Arch Only
We don’t do general dentistry marketing. Every strategy, hire, and process is built around helping our clients scale their All-on-X & Full-Arch production. That focus is what makes the system work.
Integrated, Not Piecemeal
SEO, ads, video, TC training, and creative all work together under one roof. No disconnected vendors pointing fingers when results stall.
Measured by Cases Closed
We don’t celebrate rankings or impressions. We track consultations booked, cases accepted, and production generated. That is the only scoreboard.
What Our Team Says
The people behind your practice’s growth — in their own words.
What I enjoy most about working at The Implant Engine is the freedom and balance it gives me. I feel like I have more time for myself while still being able to grow professionally. The culture here is very different from other places I’ve worked because you guys let us do our jobs without being overly pushy or creating unnecessary pressure, which honestly makes the work more exciting and enjoyable. Working here has helped me become more responsible and motivated, and being surrounded by so many professionals has helped me accomplish personal and professional goals step by step. For anyone thinking about joining the team, I’d say don’t think twice. It’s a huge relief from the typical call center environment, and it feels more like a family than just a workplace.
Jose Corado
Treatment Setter
What makes this team and culture different from other places I’ve worked is how genuinely people-centered it is. From the onboarding process onward, you can feel that employees are treated as people first, not just as resources or numbers. There is a level of care, respect, and consideration that stands out, making people feel valued and supported in a way that isn’t common. In my experience, that intentional focus on people is what truly sets this team apart.
Andres Martinez
Facebook Media Buyer
The owners are not worried or afraid to put their name on everything in the business and are not a bottle neck to the operations. They support their team and look for ways to care for each client. The team is supported by having a fully staffed company with heads of organizations that believe in their members and help train them. TIE has their stamp and are not running the same thing that everyone else does and continue to evolve but not having a knee-jerk reaction.
Brian Oldroyd
Account Manager / Onboarding Specialist
The support, feeling seen and heard. Most people cannot say that about the company they work for. They slave their life away for a job that does not appreciate or value them. TIE is the complete opposite. Is the job easy, no way. What job is though. When you feel cared for by your fellow team members, there is no feeling like it. The best leadership team I have EVER come in contact with. Even on hard days, I wake up excited to do my job knowing you fine people have my back. I feel privileged and honored everyday to be apart of this magnificent company
Endia Villar
Account Manager
What stands out most about the culture is that everyone is working toward the same goal and genuinely wants to see each other succeed. People are willing to share ideas, answer questions, and help when needed, and I learn something new every day from the experience and knowledge around me. This role has helped me become more adaptable, communicate more effectively, and think on my feet, while teaching me that some of the biggest opportunities for growth come from working through challenges and learning from them.
Heather Best
Treatment Setter
Working at The Implant Engine has allowed me to solve problems and make a meaningful impact. I feel heard and valued. There is a genuinely positive culture when facing challenges, always focused on moving forward and continuously improving. Working here has been one of the best professional experiences I have had.
Diego Del Vecchio
Developer
What makes our culture different from other places I have worked is the recognition of our hard work. Every day, we are reminded of how valuable, dedicated, and hardworking we are, and how much the company appreciates our contributions. That consistent appreciation creates a positive work environment and makes employees feel respected and valued.
Jade Lapointe
Treatment Setter
What I enjoy most about working at TIE is the close-knit team environment. Everyone is always willing to help, and we truly feel like family. It is a wonderful atmosphere, and I could not ask for a more rewarding career.
Tiffany Scott
Treatment Setter
What I enjoy most about working at The Implant Engine is the people. Everyone is genuinely willing to help, share what they know, and support one another when challenges come up. Even though we work remotely, it feels like a collaborative team where everyone is working toward the same goals. I’ve also been encouraged to learn new things, take on new responsibilities, and continue growing professionally.
Keidry Sánchez
Treatment Setter
There is a level of kindness and respect that many places barely even give lip service to. At TIE, it is baked into every meeting and interaction. We’re always on the same team, trying to solve problems together. I’ve had to push my organization skills beyond what I thought I was capable in order to manage more accounts than I thought was possible with such a small team. I’ve always been good at taking responsibility, but TIE has changed what I thought a small team could achieve. Another aspect is that I’ve been given more freedom to create systems to achieve goals, and having that “creative license” has allowed me to come up with innovative solutions to solve complex problem to improve performance & consistency.

How We Show Up Every Day

A-Players Only
Every person on this team was hired because they are the best at what they do. We don’t fill seats. We build a roster.
